The Mari Skirt is a true show-stopper, made from Ulla Johnson's signature plissé satin in deepest Noir. This ruffled skirt features tiered layers of cascading ruffles. It is finished with a fixed waistband detailed with a raw edge, front tie at the waist, and side-seam zipper closure.
