ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned in ‘as purchased’ condition with the original sales tag attached and accompanied by a sales receipt within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All sale items, including discounted items, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, login to your account here and request a return. After the return request has been authorized, we will send you a return label via email. Once you receive the return label, simply seal your box, affix the label, and drop it off at the specified return carrier location. Please kindly note that you have 7 days from receiving the return label to send back your items, otherwise the return request will be cancelled. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and/or without authorization of a return, will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to process. Please note that an $18 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund upon processing.
