ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned in ‘as purchased’ condition with the original sales tag attached and accompanied by a sales receipt within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the return request has been authorized, we will send you a UPS return label via email. Once you receive the return label, simply seal your box, affix the label, and drop it off at any UPS location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to process. Any related shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
